What every commission includes.
6061-T6, mono-block.
Aerospace-grade aluminum, single-billet construction. Mono-block at every diameter — never a multi-piece outer barrel. The face, hub, and outer lip are one continuous piece of metal.
CAD · CNC · Hand · QC.
Geometry held to ±0.05 mm before machining begins. Seventy hours of cutting per wheel. Hand-deburred edges. Runout tested before paint, after paint, and again before packing.
Checked before it ships.
Every wheel is rotated under a dial indicator and signed off by hand. Finish is inspected under raking light. Hardware compatibility is verified against the customer fitment sheet.
Lifetime structural. Two-year finish.
A lifetime limited structural warranty against defects in material and forming. A two-year warranty on finish integrity. Commissions are non-refundable once production has begun.
Numbered. Logged. Carded.
Each Cathedral I is etched with its serial on the inner barrel, logged in the Atelier Book, and accompanied by a printed provenance card signed by the maker.
Eight to twelve weeks.
Stated lead times are honored. Build updates are sent at each stage. Shipping is signature-required, fully insured, worldwide.
The work is the work.
There is no outlet. There is no sale. There is no founder's discount. Cathedral retires after No. 050.
