The Process
Four movements

CAD
Drawn from the silhouette.
Vector geometry held to ±0.05 mm before a single gram is cut.
II
CNC
Cut, not cast.
Mono-block billets enter the mill. Seventy hours later, a wheel leaves it.
III
Hand finish
Finished by hand.
Every face hand-deburred. Edges broken to a consistent radius. Then anodized or polished.
IV
Install
Approved on the car.
Fitment confirmed before shipping. Numbered, documented, signature required.
